This notice explains how Uniloco processes personal data on this website, including the creator waitlist. It is product wording for the MVP stage, not a substitute for formal legal advice.

What data we collect
Through the waitlist form we collect your email address (required) and, if you choose to provide them, your name, a short project note, and whether you opted in to optional product news. If you email or message us separately, we may process the contact details and content you send (including WhatsApp inquiries).
Why we use your email (waitlist)
We use waitlist email addresses to notify you when Uniloco access becomes available, to review early interest, and to respond if you included a note. Joining the waitlist does not create an account and is not self-serve registration.
Optional product news
Product news and updates are separate from access notifications. We only send occasional marketing or product news if you actively tick the optional consent box. Waitlist membership alone is never treated as consent for electronic marketing under EU rules.
Legal bases
Access notifications are processed based on your consent when you submit the waitlist form, and where relevant on steps prior to a possible agreement. Optional product news is processed only on separate consent. Other inquiries may rely on legitimate interests or your request to respond.
How data is collected
Waitlist data is collected via the embedded form on this site. Direct emails and WhatsApp messages are collected when you choose to contact us.
Processors and tools
We use service providers to operate the site and waitlist, including Tally (form collection and storage of submissions), Cloudflare (website hosting), Google Analytics (site usage measurement via Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), and email or messaging infrastructure used to reach you. These providers process data on our instructions where applicable.
Website analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-KNLT9LZT4N) to understand how visitors use this website (for example pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and interactions we instrument such as waitlist or CTA clicks). Google may set cookies or use similar technologies and process data in the United States or other countries. You can control cookies in your browser settings and, where available, use Google’s tools or browser controls to limit analytics. For privacy requests about analytics data, contact [email protected].
International transfers (including outside the EEA)
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States or other countries. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we aim to rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable law (such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, where available).
How long we keep data
Waitlist emails used for access notification are kept until you ask to be removed, until we close or replace the waitlist program, or until a reasonable period after access has been offered and the request is no longer active — whichever comes first. Optional marketing consent records and related emails are kept until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. Other inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle the request, maintain the relationship, meet legal duties, or resolve disputes.
Withdraw consent and delete your email
You may withdraw waitlist or marketing consent at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request”. You may ask us to delete your email from the waitlist and marketing lists, subject to limited legal retention needs. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including in the EU/EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
Security
We aim to apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data processed for the website and waitlist.
Children
This website and waitlist are aimed at professionals and adult creators. Do not submit personal data of children.
Updates
We may update this notice as the product, tools or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current one.
